Return Policy & Instructions

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem! You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• We do not accept returns with stains or damage.

To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below.

Return Instructions

 1. You can submit a return request through your customer account on our website. Please go to the following link: https://account.improved-gymwear.com/
2. Once we approve your return request, you'll receive a PostNL return label by email. A return fee of € 4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags.
4. Print the label, stick it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest PostNL location.
5. As soon as we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
